We take physical fitness to a higher level by combining Pilates and Strength Training techniques.  We have only the best fitness experts to provide an ultimate workout experience for individuals, pairs and classes.  All training sessions are tailored specifically for the clients needs with extreme emphasis on quality performance.  We are not about heavy weightlifting.  We emphasize form, control of movement and postural awareness in all training sessions and classes.  Our instructors provide safe workouts as well as an education.
