Studio Michelle offers a variety of classes. We require a minimum of 10 private sessions before participation in a class. The Gravilates Classes is a combination of pilates and strength training. You will challenge yourself with the Reformer, Pilates Tower, GTS and Stability Ball. This is an advanced class that flows quickly and requires prior training on the equipment. The Functional Fitness class is for beginners through advanced. This mat based class with additional small equipment will challenge your neuromuscular system at all levels.
